What's the difference between the warranty and the damage cover? +

They're two separate protections. The lifetime warranty covers hardware faults — things that go wrong with the phone through no fault of your own (battery failure, screen malfunction, component fault). The lifetime accidental damage exchange cover is for accidents — a cracked screen, water damage, that kind of thing. Both are included while you're on a Newish monthly airtime plan.

What happens to my cover if I cancel my airtime plan? +

Your warranty and damage cover are active for as long as you're on a Newish monthly airtime plan. If you cancel your plan, the cover ends. Rejoin a Newish plan and you're covered again. It's designed to be simple — your protection stays in place as long as you're a connected Newish customer.

Can I pay for my phone with Klarna? +

Yes. You can buy your Newish phone outright, or spread the cost over time using our Klarna finance option at checkout. Either way, you'll need a Newish monthly airtime plan to keep your lifetime cover active. Klarna's standard credit terms and eligibility criteria apply.

What condition are the phones in? +

We grade every phone before it goes on sale: Like New, Excellent, and Good. We're honest about what each grade means — and clear photos show you exactly what you're getting.

Which network does Newish run on? +

Newish is an MVNO (Mobile Virtual Network Operator), running on one of the UK's major networks. We'll confirm the host network ahead of launch — it means you get great coverage without paying big-network prices.
